Are there elevators in the building, and can I leave my luggage after checking out until 6 PM?

The main building does not have an elevator, but the apartment is located 400 meters away and does offer one. The reception can store your luggage until 6:30 PM. Are the windows in the Double room able to be opened for fresh air?
